In-Person Embouchure Reset

Service Description

The Embouchure Reset is a short-term lesson series designed for clarinetists who feel stuck, fatigued, or inconsistent despite regular practice. This course focuses on identifying and reducing compensatory habits that interfere with tone, flexibility, and endurance. Rather than prescribing a single “correct” embouchure, lessons emphasize efficiency, balance, and sustainability. Students learn how air, embouchure, and setup interact—and how small changes can produce meaningful results. This 4-lesson series is especially well suited to adult returners, college students, and advanced players who suspect their embouchure is doing more work than it needs to.
